Return Policy

Full in-store credit is available for returns of new equipment within 10 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt. Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

No returns on special orders, layaways, used items, media, software, or any sales involving trade-ins.
Used items are sold as-is, with no warranty.
A restocking fee will be assessed on layaways in default.

Layaway

We offer the opportunity to hold an item for 30 days with a 20% down payment.
Items not picked up after 30 days will be returned to the sales floor.
