Guitar Lessons Monday – Saturday

As a result of my father’s love of music, I was given a guitar. I soon after began taking lessons with an old friend of Nat King Cole, named Ervin Ashby. Strict study habits and consistent practice were a part of my daily activities. My interest in baseball caused a brief interruption in my pursuit of music. Upon returning to music, I began to consider it as a life experience and my love for it grew. College classes, playing in various bands, and observing studio techniques of great musicians such as the Crusaders, Paul Jackson Jr. and Ray Parker Jr. enhanced my education in music.
